My View on XAUUSD Before Market Open
My View on XAUUSD Before Market Open
(My current market view)
Current State of the Gold Market (XAUUSD)
Gold is bullish across all timeframes (H4, H1, M15). There are currently no signs of a rapid reversal. On the H4 and daily charts, as long as the 3886 level holds as support, the uptrend remains intact. Even if this level is breached, it would only indicate a liquidity sweep and not necessarily a trend reversal.
Key Zones and How Price Might React
When the market opens, I want to see how price responds if it enters the FVG + SL area around 4245–4260. This zone matters because there are four aligned confirmations. It is also possible that the market sweeps liquidity from this area before continuing. I have marked a smaller level just below it, around 4220–4225. A quick penetration into this zone could occur before any meaningful move.
Price Movement Scenarios
If the market moves directly higher, the 4420–4421 area becomes key. If price breaks above 4420 and holds, a scalping move to 4480–4500 can unfold, depending on confirmations.
The 4480–4500 Zone and the SOS/VSA Significance
The 4480–4500 zone is another key area. I have multiple reasons to watch this level, so if price reaches it I will proceed with caution. If the market shows SOS and confirms VSA, it could indicate a potential distribution from this zone, and I would look for selling opportunities there.
Market Structure Change and Reevaluation
If 4420 breaks and is not held, the market structure on M15 and H1 changes. In that case, until the 4115–4090 range, there is no strong level I rely on, and I will re-evaluate.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the author’s view on the current state of the gold market (XAUUSD)?
Gold is bullish across all timeframes (H4, H1, M15), and no signs of a rapid reversal have been observed so far. As long as the 3886 low is maintained, the bullish trend remains in H4 and daily charts. Even if this low is broken, it would only indicate a Market Structure (MS) shift and not necessarily a trend change.
How does the author view the FVG+SL zone for price reaction at the market open?
When the market opens, I want to see how the price reacts if it enters the FVG + SL zone around 4245–4260. This area is important to me because there are 4 aligned confirmations within it. There is also a possibility that the market will collect liquidity from this area before continuing. I have marked a smaller level just below it, around 4220–4225. A rapid penetration into this area may also occur.
If the market moves directly upward, where will it reach and what could be the result?
If the market moves directly upward, the 4420–4421 zone becomes key. If the price breaks above 4420 and manages to stabilize there, we could see a scalp move up to 4480–4500, which would continue depending on confirmations.
What is the significance of the 4480–4500 zone, and how is the possibility of distribution handled?
The 4480–4500 zone is also a key area for me. I have several reasons to pay attention to this level, so I will act with more caution if the price reaches it. If the market shows an SOS (Sign of Strength) and provides VSA confirmation, it could indicate potential distribution from this zone, in which case I would look for sell opportunities.
What changes in market structure are expected if 4420 is broken, and how is the reassessment performed?
If 4420 is broken and fails to hold, the market structure in M15 and H1 will change. In this case, I do not have a significant strong level until 4115–4090, and I will reassess the situation.
